Today is the 15th day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar, which is the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival in China. Mid-Autumn Festival is also called Reunion Festival. On this day, people want to admire the moon and eat mooncakes for a family reunion. In the evening, after dinner, our family ate mooncakes and enjoyed the moon together on the balcony.

We see the moon tonight big and round, and we also see stars blinking at us. At this moment, the evening breeze was blowing on us, and we felt very cool. My mother also told us the story of Changes journey to the moon, and I was fascinated by it. When I sleep, I always think about how to bring Change back to the world.

Mom prepared delicious mooncakes and various fruits for us. Mom first worshipped the moon, and then we enjoyed the moon and ate mooncakes together. The whole family talked and laughed together, and it was enjoyable.

Today is Mid-Autumn Festival. We can enjoy the moon together with moon cakes. Today, my grandmother taught us how to make jujube mud mooncakes. We need to prepare flour, jujube paste filling, sugar water, purple potatoes, oil, and eggs first. We first mix the sugar water, purple potatoes, and oil in a plate, and then knead the flour and pour it into the well mixed material. Wake up on the table for 10 minutes. We started making, kneading the jujube paste filling into round balls, then wrapping it inside the dough, and pressing it in the mold. Then we beat an egg and brush it on the mooncake, and bake it in the microwave for five minutes.

Lets eat mooncakes together and admire the moon. The moon is like a shining plate, with moonlight pouring down like flowing water, like a melodious flute, making the silver and jade on the ground extremely pleasant!

At this moment, a white cloud floated over, trying to cover the beautiful face of the moon and her bright moonlight, but the moon immediately emitted a silver moonlight through the gaps in the clouds. Finally, the clouds quietly drifted away, leaving only a beautiful full moon and stars in the night sky.
